IOCL Apprentice Recruitment 2026 Stipend & Allowances
Apprentices will receive a monthly stipend as per the Apprentices Act, along with an additional ₹2,500 per month as miscellaneous expenses. For Graduate & Technician Apprentices, part of the stipend is paid via BOAT under DBT mode, while Trade Apprentices receive the full stipend from IOCL directly
