Essential Qualification

Candidates must fulfill either of the following:

Option 1:

  • BE/B.Tech in relevant discipline with First Division

  • Valid GATE score (2024 or 2025 only)

OR

Option 2:

  • ME/M.Tech in relevant discipline

  • First Division in both Graduation and Post-Graduation

Older GATE scores are not acceptable
