Job Role – Senior Quality Specialist
As a Senior Quality Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the company’s quality standards are maintained and improved. Key Responsibilities
- Perform quality audits and compliance checks.
- Analyze data trends & perform root cause analysis.
- Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

- Develop and maintain quality documentation and processes using tools such as Adonis, OneView/xECM.
- Support global and local teams with quality governance and reporting.
Skills & Qualifications

- 8+ years of experience in Quality Management systems.
- Experience in customer complaint handling and service processes.

- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management skills.
