Accenture GN Industry Utility CC&B Consultant 2026: Key Responsibilities
As a GN Industry Utility CC&B Consultant, your main duties will include:
Functional & Technical Delivery
Lead and support SAP IS-U Billing and Rates implementations and enhancements.
Interpret client requirements and translate them into clear functional specifications.
Prepare functional designs for WRICEF objects (Workflow, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms).
Work closely with ABAP teams, integration partners, testing, data migration, and change management.
Support development of process documentation, test scenarios, and training materials.

To succeed in this role, you should have:
Core Technical Skills
Strong experience in SAP IS-U Billing and Rates solutions.
Good understanding of utility industry processes and regulatory requirements.
Familiarity with SAP integration across modules (including FICA and meter-to-cash).
Ability to configure billing schema, tariffs, rate structures like RTP (Real-Time Pricing), ToU (Time-of-Use), and exceptions.
Professional Skills
Excellent communication to explain complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach to learning.
Client-facing experience is a plus, along with basic ABAP/debugging skills.

Experience: Minimum ~4 years of hands-on experience in SAP IS-U Billing and Rates working across project lifecycles.
