As a Deals Specialist, your crucial places will include
- Preparing timely and comprehensive technical & commercial offers/quotations for Gas Insulated Switchgear projects.
- Collaborating with the Sales Support team, product teams, and regional sales managers to offer effective solutions tailored to customer requirements.
- Analyzing customer needs, general market information, and inputs from field teams to refine proposals.
- Participating in the full risk review process to ensure compliant and robust bids.
- Coordinating with design, project management, supply chain, and other departments to support end-to-end tendering activities.
- Preparing complete documentation for order hand-over after contract award.

To be successful in this role, candidates should have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent, with a technical or commercial background.
- 3 to 7 years of professional experience in sales, tendering, or business development of high-voltage products like GIS,GCB,EPC solutions, or related equipment.
- Strong communication skills in English and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Ability to determine technically appropriate and cost-effective solutions for customers.
- A proactive approach to improving customer satisfaction and standardizing offer processes.
