Post A: Officer (Finance)

• Grade: PS III

• Number of Posts: 01

• Upper Age Limit: 30 years (as on 01.01.2026)

Educational Qualification

• ICWA / CA / CMA

• OR MBA (Finance)

• Minimum 60% marks in Graduation (50% for SC/ST candidates)

Experience

• Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience in a medium or large organization

• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in:

  • Finalization of accounts

  • Audit & taxation

  • Costing and budgeting

Job Responsibilities

• Managing accounting operations

• Preparing budgets, financial statements, and forecasts

• Handling statutory compliances (PF, GST, ESI)

• Monitoring working capital

• Liaison with government authorities and auditors

• Any other duties assigned by reporting officers 

Post B: Officer (Legal)

• Grade: PS III

• Number of Posts: 01

• Upper Age Limit: 30 years (as on 01.01.2026)

Educational Qualification

• Full-time LLB (Law Graduate) from a recognized university

• Minimum 60% marks in Graduation (50% for SC/ST candidates)

• Computer proficiency is mandatory

Experience

• Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience

• Preference for candidates with experience in:

  • Industrial Law

  • Labour Law

  • Company Law and NCLT matters

Job Responsibilities

• Handling legal cases and court matters

• Managing industrial disputes and labour court proceedings

• Drafting and vetting agreements (MoU, NDA, contracts)

• Liaison with advocates and law firms

• Ensuring statutory and regulatory compliance

• Maintaining legal records and documentation

HMT Machine Tools Recruitment 2026 Tenure of Appointment

• Initial engagement for 2 years

• Extendable yearly up to a maximum of 4 years

• Appointment will automatically end after completion of tenure unless extended

• Either party can terminate the contract with 3 months’ notice or salary in lieu thereof

• FTA appointment does not confer any right to permanent employment

• Pay Scale (PS III – 1997 Scale):
  ₹8,600 – 250 – 14,600 + IDA
