- Manage and maintain on-premise and cloud server infrastructure, including Azure and Google.
- Provide IT support for endpoints(Windows, Mac),Office365, and user technical issues.
- Handle network management(LAN/WAN), security best practices and patching.
- Manage IT equipment procurement and setup for office resources.
- Support service desk operations and contribute to compliance(ISO/SOC 2).

- Proven experience in system, network or IT administration.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server, IIS and endpoint management tools.
