SSC CPO SYLLABUS

The SSC Central Police Organization (CPO) examination is conducted annually by the Staff Selection Commission to recruit Sub-Inspectors (SI) in Delhi Police, CAPFs (BSF, CISF, CRPF, ITBP, SSB), & Assistant Sub-Inspectors (ASI) in CISF. SSC CPO 2026 Selection Process

The SSC CPO selection process consists of four stages:

SSC CPO 2026 PET / PST Details (Qualifying)

Physical Endurance Test (PET)

For Male Candidates:

  • 100 meters race – 16 seconds
  • 1.6 km race – 6.5 minutes
  • Long Jump – 3.65 meters (3 chances)
  • High Jump – 1.2 meters (3 chances)

For Female Candidates:

  • 100-meter race – 18 seconds
  • 800 meters race – 4 minutes
  • Long Jump – 3 meters
  • High Jump – 0.9 meters

SSC CPO Medical Test
The required criteria for the Medical Test are given below:

  • Minimum Near Vision: N6 (better eye) & N9 (worse eye)
  • Minimum Distant Vision: 6/6 (better eye) & 6/9 (worse eye)
  • Must not have knock-kneed, flat foot, varicose vein, or squint in eyes
  • Eye standards should be without visual correction of any kind, even by glasses.
