TGPSC OTR Update Mandatory for Upcoming Recruitments
The Telangana Public Service Commission (TGPSC) has announced a big update for job seekers.All candidates who are registered must update and verify their One Time Registration (OTR) profile before they apply for any upcoming recruitments.
Only candidates who complete this update by February 25, 2026 will be able to apply for future TGPSC jobs.

The deadline was first set to February 9, 2026.

Now it’s extended until February 25, 2026.
This gives candidates more time to check and update their details.
Why the Update Is Required
TGPSC says this update is needed to:

Ensure candidate information is accurate before new job notifications are released.

Speed up future recruitment processes.

Prevent delays due to incorrect or incomplete records.
Around 31.56 lakh candidates are currently registered in the OTR system.
What You Must Update in OTR
Candidates should carefully check and update:

Personal details (name, date of birth, address, etc.)

Category details (like Scheduled Castes, EWS, Non-Creamy Layer, etc.)

Supporting certificates and a latest passport-size colour photo

One OTR Only
Each candidate is allowed to have only one OTR profile. Multiple registrations are not permitted.
Editable and Non-Editable Fields
Most fields in the OTR form cannot be changed. But candidates can update:
