- Assist the store director in daily operations.
- Delegate tasks to team members for service excellence.
- Provide fabulous client service with the “client comes first” station.
- Ensure quality of beverages and food products, including recipes and presentation.
- Train and coach partners, providing respectful feedback.
- Manage cash procedures, as well as health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
